Genuine question. How can you say you're listening but do the exact opposite of what everyone wants?
You may have ears but you are in fact not listening. You're doing what your money grabbing greedy little mits always do. Demand more and give less.
More time investment for less reward.
More money for less content.
More trust for less delivery.
If bungie was a person, I wouldn't want to be friends.

They never give us the full picture right away; instead they drip feed us the news over several weeks. And even then they will always give us the negative aspects before the positive ones. On top of all that, half they time there are no positive changes. They're either non-existent, or thrown together haphazardly to quell the angry mob they seem very adapt at creating.

That's just a phrase they use to make it sound like they care. I mean I have zero clue as to why they don't, it's one of a companies main objectives is to find out what their customers like and provide that product. Bungo just pumps out what they want and if you don't like it well...that's too bad. Unless it's enough of an uproar online to make them do some minor adjustments. But you can see things going bad a mile away when it shows up and it's mind boggling how they thought it would be a good idea in the first place. Utter baffling company.
