Since EoF, Hierarchy has been half-broken. The catalyst perk "prophetic vector", which ups the bow's fire rate, now only activates after deploying the guidance ring, but never refreshes when dealing damage with the seekers. You should be able to keep prophetic vector on just by dealing seeker damage, but you can't. It's been this way since EoF released, and it makes the bow very annoying/slow to use, hence nobody is using it. Hope you guys fix it. This bug is easily replicated, seems like the catalyst is broken in all content 100% of the time.
