This 0.3% old tortoise has as much chance of getting a 7-win streak as I have of going Flawless. 🤔 In D1, loot dropped at 3 wins / 5 wins and obviously at 7 wins. Most weekends, we’d see how far we could get before being stomped. It was a bit of a hoot, nothing more…to us. We played for fun! However, Trials bods took it very seriously indeed. They even trained avidly to sharpen their map call-outs, and work out the best angles possible. They weren’t messing around. They played to win! I entered and won a raffle, and got to the lighthouse one time; it was enough. I also did my bit during our run…so that was good, too. Thanks again to my 2x warrior teammates. Now, getting 7x wins regardless of Ls is something I’ve been calling for since way back. Going to the lighthouse whenever I’m ready to grind those 7 wins is fairly doable and can be fun when I’m up against players at- or slightly above or slightly below my level (if such a thing is possible?! 😂)…though due to the ‘Win Streak’ loot payouts - it’s hardly worth the effort. Most weekends, I don’t bother. If there’s a new gun or a Triumph / Quest to do - I’ll probably get it done. Otherwise, there’s no point. IMHO: reach the lighthouse - you get the same loot as everyone else. To differentiate the hardcore players Flawless runs - give them a special emblem / shader pack. Better still, create a Wall of Fame in the Tower, where the top solo player and top team for that particular Trials event get to have their names / scores indelibly marked, for all to see and admire. Could also give them a unique ‘Only the Few’ (laurel leaf) marker attached to their character and account…for all to see and admire! 🤩 That is all. Ease Springs! 🖖
