Tempest strike looks to be bugged when used alongside combination blow. There's quite a lot of inconsistency when registering that tempest strike has landed a kill and then giving the damage boost and class ability reset of combination blow. Sometimes, tempest strike will clearly take something out, but you won't see the effects of combination blow trigger. The footage just shows off an example in the firing range of this happening and then also the same thing happening in some solo ops to show it's not just isolated to the firing range.
