Can’t complete Kepler Fabled
The final step in the Outer wastes with the 2 captains and tank is bugged, after many tries I finally was able to beat the whole thing with 15 seconds to spare; and when the tank is last at the end , once I kill it the strangelet shields drops for 2 seconds and comes back up right away, no loot either…
