I like reinforcing the class identity, it's a good start. Start being the key word.
Good changes so far, but keep more coming please.
I hope that stasis shatter and threadlings will also get to scale with stats soon like warlock buddies as well.
And please round out the subclass aspects (voidwalker, gunslinger, and sunbreaker still need their 4th.)

I personally don’t care about class identity atp since it doesn’t really impact gameplay that much but I can understand its importance in the fantasy/ rpg aspect though. I feel like this would be a low priority issue overall.
