Mask of Fealty ornament issue

ISSUE: The smoke effect present on the new Mask of Fealty ornament 'Frosted Retinue' is also visible in first person view, obscuring your view.
REPRO STEPS: Equip Mask of Fealty with the ornament applied and play the game in first person mode as normal.
ACTUAL RESULT: The smoke effect the ornament adds will be visible in first person, regularly obscuring your view.
EXPECTED RESULT: The smoke effect only being visible in third person and not whilst first person, too.
