Hello Bungie Support Team, I’m writing to ask for help regarding a mistake I made today while playing Destiny 2. On October 5th, 2025, at around 15:35–15:40 CET, on my Titan character, I accidentally infused the wrong weapon. I intended to use an Aurora Blade (Tier IV) to raise the power level of my Unwavering Duty machine gun. Unfortunately, I mistakenly used my Aurora Blade (Tier V) instead. This wasn’t just any weapon — it was the one sold by Zavala this week, and it was a super god roll version, combining the three perk combinations I normally use in a single sword. Having this Tier V blade would have been extremely useful to save inventory space, as it combines multiple roles into one weapon. I understand that according to the Deleted Item and Character Policy, mistakenly infused items are normally not recoverable. However, I respectfully ask if it’s at all possible to review this case, or if there’s any chance for a one-time exception, since it happened just a few minutes ago and involved a rare, limited-time, high-value weapon.
