I understand if Bungie disregards posts like these but I want to state my personal experience as a veteran player who's tackled every piece of endgame content, high end PVP, and who has played and still owns their copy of Destiny 1. Well, After being completely demoralized after a crude experience in the appeal system and being insulted by community managers for simply just asking for help, I want to state that Bungie needs to act immediately in helping people get their appeals answered to fix player population. Arguing or using inappropriate language may seem bad at first but defending myself from rude people when they're also in the wrong is somehow a permanently bannable offense? How can you knowingly make this decision without reviewing the context or better yet the evidence I have provided? I love this game but now Bungie, you've taken my meaning for existing. Not even a warning prior or an idea that I could be banned, but the fact I was quietly silenced with no meaningful review is not just crude but dehumanizing. I know I'll get a response saying that talking about an appeal will not help, but I would rather state the clear wrong doing that is occurring than being silent any longer.
