Keep the floor, but allow the Health Stat to improve subclass debuffs, as it feels pretty lacking in PvE.

• Amplified Current DR - 15%
• Amplified Max Health Stat DR - 25%
• Reatoration Current HP/s - 35 (x1) / 50 (x2)
• Reatoration Max Health Stat HP/s - 50 (x1) / 70 (x2)
• Frost Armor Current Max DR - 50% (x8)
• Frost Armor Max Health Stat DR - 70% (x8)
• Woven Mail Current DR - 45%
• Woven Mail Max Health Stat DR - 65%
• Devour Current Base Heal - 70 HP
• Devour Max Health Stat Base Heal - 100 HP
Also, make the Health stat increase all heals per a percentage, as other stats do.
Example: Health stat increase health granted from healing weapons like Support Autos, Better Already health regeneration, and other non-descript heals like from Origin Traits and Armor Set Bonuses

All the buffs in the game are already strong as is.
