Competitive crucible
To unlock crucible competitive it says to talk to shaxx. But I already have and when I speak with him it just shows his normal menu

You may need to reach a certain Guardian Rank in order to access this particular activity. Can you try going back to Shaxx once you've passed Guardian Rank 4 to see if the issue persists?
