50/50 shot as to if portal rewards pop
Expeditions on Nessus and Europa have been roughly a 50/50 chance as to whether the chest drops at the end, or you just sit there running out the timer in hopes it's just server lag. After 3 minutes, leave the activity and start another one. Only reason to run it is for the bonus drops.
