It bugged out on my first run, I got booted out of the mission after doing the puzzle with the data pad in the elevator. I was running down the hallway in the parkour section after activating the first console right before the teleporter to bring me to the second half of the parkour, thats when I got booted to orbit like I had pressure cooker on, no death screen, no error code, just kicked to orbit with no message. When I went back in, the screen in the elevator puzzle was still glowing blue, and I couldn't reactivate it on both runs I did after that. I didnt get the catalyst drop out of the chest, and in the enclave it shows the perk as still being locked. I didnt have any problems last week with either getting "Resurgence Directive IV" or Attrition Orbs.
