Cant get Unstable cores
Yes i know that i have almost 300k in cores but still should still be able to get up to 777,777 like everyone else right. Or should just shut up and move along about my business.

This is likely occurring due to a cap on the number of cores you can have. Once you've lowered your Unstable cores enough, you should be able to claim these.
