The Message mission is missing?
I stopped playing for a while and just came back. I'm on the "message" mission and it is unable to launch. Im on xbox and I cleared the cache and still no mission?

As in the flag isn't there or it wont let you launch through the quest? If its the quest then spawn into Caldera, turn around and walk onto the steel path in front of the circular door - it'll open after a few seconds, head down the tube and the flag should be at the bottom.
