Hello Bungie Support Team,
I’m writing because my ban appeal submitted on May 19, 2025 is still marked as open with no response after almost five months.
The ban occurred right after I reinstalled Destiny 2 on a new PC and played one or two PvE Vanguard missions to test performance. I experienced lag, closed the game, and the next day my account was permanently restricted.
I believe this was a false positive related to network instability or background software (such as Tailscale or qBitTorrent). Since then, I’ve completely formatted my PC and confirmed that none of these programs remain.
I’ve never used cheats or modified the game in any way, and I’m kindly requesting a manual review of my case or confirmation that my previous ticket is still being processed.

Responses are not guaranteed and in most cases you will not get one unless they need more information or they lift the ban. The lack of a response is itself telling you that you aren't getting unbanned. As you've already submitted an appeal and it has been more than 4-6 weeks, you can safely assume that you are not getting unbanned. As for getting confirmation about it, BNGHelp cannot provide that and BNGSecurity do not reply on the forums (and haven't done so for years). You could try submitting another appeal, although they tell you not to, but that will likely just end up in the exact same situation or they'll just quickly close it with no response.
