In order for the wizards to begin spawning you need to complete Overthrow in each area first. You're missing a clear on the Impasse so: - Clear Overthrow in the Impasse, the first wizard will spawn - find it and kill it. - Without leaving the instance (ie going to orbit) complete an Overthrow + kill the wizard in the Blooming and the Landing. - After all 3 wizards are dead, head to the Blooming and there will be a greenish coloured beam of light, head to it. - Defeat the mini bosses, and dunk the orbs they drop where the indicator shows If you at any point leave the instance (if you're soloing it) before dunking the second orb and the mission flag pops up; you have to redo the 3 overthrows+wizards and the mini bosses.
