Please Someone Help.

Hello Bungie Team, Three years ago, I was in a life changing accident that caused severe head trauma and lasting brain damage. Since then, I’ve struggled daily with migraines, anxiety, and depression. Destiny 2 became more than a game to me. It’s been a major part of my recovery, giving me structure, purpose, and friendships when I had lost almost everything. I play with my wife, and together the game has helped us rebuild teamwork and find light during very dark times. My therapist has even included Destiny 2 in my treatment plan to help restore focus and motivation. Recently my account, Toxic Swarm#0252, was banned. I don’t know exactly why, but I want to sincerely apologize for anything that might have caused it. I never meant damage the community I love so much. I’m simply asking for compassion and a chance at redemption. Thank you for reading this and for creating something that’s meant so much to my life. I hope someone can take a second look at my situation or point me toward the right way to be heard. Sincerely, Guardian (Toxic Swarm#0252)
