Integrate portal into director
Director needs to come back and be front and center

Portal should have been a tab. Director should have stayed front & center... "a universe of possibilities" and what not... then tab left for your personal ongoing quests & bounties, or tab right for the "Focus Portal" where you can easily access whatever the current "event" is and/or quickly hop into ops for bonus drops & leveling.
