Redundant Weapon Perks
Can we just combine Rolling Thunder + Jolting Feedback + Voltshot into one singular perk in the 4th column? Also, Burning Ambition + Incandescent is doing the same thing. If a debuff is applied to a single enemy, it should automatically spread it upon nearby enemies upon death. There doesn’t need to be a separate perk for that when other perks in the pool would be a better fit.

Gotta bloat the perks pool to keep grinding for weapons. They definitely could consolidate the the perks, like jolting feedback & Voltshot & the solar equivalents. Sustained damage procs jolt/scorch and on kill that target explodes/jolts nearby targets
