I finished the Heliostat mission 3 times now. I did all the secrets to get all the catalysts and all the intrinsic upgrades; however, I am unable to add intrinsic IV when reshaping the weapon. It shows the intrinsic, but it says 'Intrinsic not acquired'. Yet, I broke all 3 boxes in the boss room, and the game told me I unlocked Intrinsic IV. I did it solo. When I got back to the mission to try again, all 3 boxes are no longer there as I unlocked the Intrinsic. How am I supposed to be able to add intrinsic IV to the weapon?
