Khovostov + Tech Sec armour
I've been using the Khovostov Exotic alongside the Tech Sec armour for a few weeks now, plus Chromatic Fire but that's besides the point, and I've reached a point where I'm unsure if the Khovostov's Ricochet bullets actually receive the damage bonus against shields and constructs.
I have tried to test it, but I'm honestly not good at this and can't tell due to the amount of bullets I have to fire before the ricochet triggers.
If this could be answered I would deeply appreciate it.

Hello there, Thank you for reaching out. We understand that the Khvostov's ricocheting bullets may not be receiving a damage bonus as expected. We can imagine the impact this may have had. If you're still experiencing this, then please consider using your platform's share feature to capture a videoclip of what you describe. If you record such a clip, you can upload it to a site like Imgur or Youtube, and share a link to it here. Please ensure that any clip you record is outside the Shooting Range, however. We'll then investigate this.
