Unable to use Chronologs for previously owned seasons
I'm unable to use my chronology to purchase any items from the monument to seasons past, even though I already owned all those seasons, I just didn't get to play them to level up the pass. It's saying i'm required to buy the archived season pass for silver, but I already own it. Is this a bug?

1 ReplyChecking your account via the API, you are showing as not owning 3 seasons - Undying, Dawn, and Worthy. Are any of those 3 the ones you're having the issue with? if they are and you are sure you owned the season then fill in the form linked at the bottom of [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]this page[/url]
