What is up with being so stingy with Solemn Remembrance?

Edited by FingersXed: 10/17/2025 8:47:57 PMIt's totally RNG. I am by no means even average, and I got several drops. But I am also used to running first encounter of Spire of the Watcher a few hundred times for the effing cowboy hats. If you really want it, you have to succumb to RNG.
