Genuinely every single system is flawed to such a point that I honestly think both the community would be happier and the Dev’s would save more time and money if they just put their hands up and said “we -blam!- up, we tried something new and it didn’t land. We’re reverting back to pre-EoF”
The portal - is awful. Sitting on a menu screen, picking mods and speed running an encounter to make number go up, to get an engram that makes my number go up, -blam!- SUCKS. I feel like I’m doing bungie’s job for them.
I don’t want to hear any “the portals fine, it just needs more content”. The portal is arguably one of the biggest system changes that has driven so many of us away.
Tiered loot - whilst at first I liked the idea, it ultimately is another heavily flawed system. Anything below a tier 5 feels irrelevant and the fact that you’re showered in them once your number is “big enough” completely wipes out their prestige. They are simply a more bloated and convoluted version of adepts.
Unstable core - need I say more?
I know with half of bungie working on marathon, we can’t expect either quality or quantity of content but if they just admitted their mistakes and just reverted ALL of the changes, they might at least manage to get some of us back into the game.

Only thing I can point out, and again, it’s another flaw and has been for Destiny 2’s existence, is the in game description of tiered loot perks. I gotta go to light gg just to find out what “by an increased amount” means. Certain tier 1 loot is completely acceptable, but I’d have no -blam!- idea just off face value and in game descriptions. Convoluted? Sure. Cryptic? Definitely.
