I have had around every other Fireteam Op not end and not drop loot. The final boss is beaten and the chest appears but then quickly disappears with no loot drop. Also the mission doesn’t end but falsely prompts to go to the next battlefield. I don’t want to waste 50% of my time on here with no loot drops!
