Upon reaching the final boss arena, we shattered the mirror so we could enter through into the mirror dimension, however after passing through, we encountered a "joining allies" message which promptly reset our position back to the non-mirrored arena. This forced us to wipe as there wasn't enough time to run back through the mirror before the boss engaged his wipe mechanic. It should be noted that there was only 2 of us alive going into the final encounter with Fikrul, our 3rd player dying in the boss fight with the Mindbender (the teammate could not be ressurected due to insufficient revive tokens at the time).
