So what was the point in overloading every single activity with these things? It gets to the point they're completely unavoidable. Nothing tracks them, not buddies not shurikens, nothing.
Was the point of these things to make the game just as frustrating as possible? Making sure we die? Does Bungie think it's funny? They don't "add to the challenge". They're cheap. They're cheap as -blam!-. Oh you just wasted three phalanx? Good. They all spawn a million screebs that will follow you until you die.
Remember when Bungie said it wouldn't have cheap damage? Well guess what guys; this is cheap as it gets. Quite literally. Microsoft stopped counting my playtime in hours. It now counts in days.
This issue alone is making me about give up on it. Like, the huge one is funny, the regular sized ones can add to a challenge. These tiny ones are some jilted employee's -blam!- you. They have to be.
F screebs forever.

I get it. I too have say F SCREEBS, but you can see the bane. Kill guy, back up, toss grenade, fire mint into ground. In a game that gives you the ability to create many different builds people sure do hate having to adjust to new obstacles. It sucks dying to them but it’s nothing like the stuff we had in old GMs. Lake of Shadows?
