Is it possible you're confusing what's available with how Microsoft sets up the store page? Destiny - The Collection is the purchase that includes all the DLC, but it does not include the class level boosts. It includes one Spark of Light, which will take up one character to level 40. You may need to start the Rise of Iron quests in order to receive it, based on some internet searching, and it is only given to the first character that does so. If you look on that page, though, it says other Add-ons available for the game, and lists them there. There is not a bundle that includes all the DLC and the class boosts for one or more classes specifically. The class boosts are purchased separately. You say you purchased something that comes with all expansions and the class level boosts, but I can find no such bundle that exists. Can you link to the website store page for the specific product you purchased, or show the purchase receipt from your past orders that shows what you purchased?
