Can anyone confirm if they got icebreaker while farming (not on 1st run weekly per character). I've done ~50 runs after dungeons were made farmable, including ~20 after the last drop rate challenge (master completion) and still no icebreaker. Vespers' farming was bugged last year even when featured so just want to be sure I'm not wasting time farming and it's just super bad RNG.
