So I came to play some crucible today, experimenting with builds and decided to check what sticks. My hours of research baffle me. Did my fellow guardians become aware of inflation on a weapon with infinite ammo? Are they afraid of lore implications if they use their guns too much? That glimmer prices will skyrocket if they shoot their special ammo or primary ammo weapon too much. I see 1 guy standing on a zone as scenario. 1 enemy, 3 of my teammates. You have 2 choices to prevent a triple cap - Shoot the guy off the zone or do what most of my teammates do - Kill someone with an ability, even if it means they will cap the last zone in our possession. Just because you have an ability it does not mean you do not have to fire a gun. The funniest part comes with people claiming its only mercy matches but the majority of players refuse to cap their own spawn zone. Brother, you need zones. There are genuine mercy matches and mercy matches because everyone refuses to play OBJ. It can't be I am on top of the leaderboard with most kills and caps and we still lose. Inflation will not hit virtual ground owners in the crucible either, just cap your bloody spawn zone and stop pushing into the enemy spawn right from the get go.
