Incomplete Item Purchase

HI- I'd used my brightdust to purchase the Doki Doki skin from the store and received all items EXCEPT the helm, it's not in the storage to add to your skin options nor in the options to equip. I've uninstalled/reinstalled, it's been 2 days. Any suggestions? Thanks!!   • Its unlocked in your collections, are you trying to equip it on to the Masquerader's helmet? if so that specific helmet is only allowed to equip festival mask and not universal ornaments. In order to equip it, you will need to use a different legendary helmet that isn't a festival mask or Masquerader's helmet.
