Eververse / bright dust question

Hello all! My younger sibling and I play destiny on and off but they will be away from their console on a college trip during a time that a warlock bond they want for bright dust is being sold the week they are gone. If they've given me their login info can I login to my console, get the bond for them and log out without risk of their account being penalized/banned? My sibling just wants to make sure that it's ok without risk ? We both play on Xbox but live in different states.

You'd be fine, as it would count as something like this:
Not recommended, but won’t get you banned: I asked my cousin’s friend to recover my account to check Xur because I was stuck at a wedding in a remote area with no internet access.
https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049517431-Destiny-Account-Restrictions-and-Banning-Policies Just don't go off doing activities like dungeon/raid/nightfalls etc that can be seen as a recovery.
