I have a friend that recently went through a break up. Their ex decided to be extremely petty and delete their Destiny 2 characters and clear out most of their vault. The ex should not have had access to the account and we assume the ex either stole the password or gained unauthorized access to the computer to access the Destiny 2 account. My friend really only started playing this year, but has put in 1500 hours just since January. I would hate to see all of that go waste because of a salty ex. Is there anything we can do at all or do they just have to accept that they lost all of the unobtainable/limited time items that they had and go and regrind everything else?
