Bug: Lodestar interaction with Whisper of Rending (PvP)
Console & PC
PLATFORM: All
ISSUE: Lodestar Has changed the way it acts with Whisper of rending in PvP, resulting in less damage output. From 13 at base ( per tick) to 8(per tick), (It is 6 (per tick) without rending), before renegades it would do 20 (per tick)
REPRO STEPS: Equip Lodestar Whisper of rending, shoot at frozen player.
ACTUAL RESULT: Deals 13 damage (per tick) to the body of the opposing guardian.
EXPECTED RESULT: It would Deal 20 damage (per tick) to the body of the opposing guardian.

NOTES: I believe (though I'm not a game dev, so I don't know) that lodestar was nerfed by the changes made to freeze, and or fighting lion-esq primary properties both listed as changes in the most recent patch.
Lodestar Serves a similar purpose to fighting lion and Alethonym, except it allows for extremely interesting interactions with ice flare bolts in particular, where the player "chases" the ice flare bolts with the laser.
This is by no means an optimal strategy, but it is very fun, and extremely cool to see work at its maximum potential.
If it is not going to be fixed, I would appreciate it being mentioned as an intentional change by name in the patch notes.
