0 Power Exotic from Exotic Contract
So, I completed an Exotic contract for the cabal syndicate and it gave me an Exotic chest piece (normal power levels for me, since im 450's), and then a weird 0 power engram. I went to open it and it gave me a 10 power helmet. Was that the cyan crystal and it just bugged out?
