Why are hand cannons have to be anti barrier the problem is a hand cannon, does less damage on an anti barrier shield (Excluding Erianas Vow). This mod is just disgusting as some hand cannons don’t generally help with damaging a barriers shield, and this is also awful to use for endgame content such as Grandmaster and Ultimate, there’s also another con to this mod is that anti barrier hand cannons have slow stunning which means you’re gonna find it stressful to know why hand cannons aren’t good to stun anti barriers. So opinion wise this was a bad decision to have hand cannon anti barrier mod, because most of the hand cannons are useless against these champions and like I said they also have slow stun problem making it more stressful.
