When players leave matches in competitive or trials 1.) the match should just end with no penalty for the remaining players and 2.) the person that leaves should receive a 0.0 KD for the match
I’m sick of this crap where I’m being punished for someone else leaving a match

People quitting is a symptom not the cause in my opinion. I don’t care if I win or loose, I care about the experience of playing. Unfortunately 30-50% of the matches are laggy at best or lag with cheaters. When your hits don’t register but it feels like anything melt you in 1-2 tap, it’s not skills it’s lag. I can completely understand why people choose not to waste time in such matches, especially when you see the amount of time wasted waiting for a match or LfG. -
Oooohhh! A 0.0 KDA. I’m shaking in my boots. A timed ban on the entire game is the real solution, but Bungie can’t afford to lose more players. They also can’t police network manipulation with zero tolerance enforcement without penalizing victims of cheating. So, you need yo just recognize D2 PvP for what it is.

Yeah. Bungie supposedly addressed this years ago, but we're back ti square 1. Its trash.

6 RepliesThat's CBMM for you. When game was flooded by players crybabies and streamers hated SBMM. Because it's means a real competition for everyone. CBMM appreciated by those who wanted to stomp new players. That's one of reasons why people stopped playing.

3 RepliesI would imagine the rage quitters dont care at all about their pvp kd.
-
2 RepliesMake it a solo feature only. People in duos or trios would abuse this and just back out when they face someone better than them with no repercussions

2 RepliesEdited by SpunChii: 12/23/2025 12:10:14 AMA 2 vs 3 is possible.

PvP just isn’t fun anymore period. Stale metas, one sided matches, no casual mode/having to sweat in every mode, and stale maps. I gave up on it getting better.

Edited by I am kevin: 12/22/2025 3:30:14 PMI mean experience of players know bungie’s horrible mm system so when they realize they have been put into a match where they are ment to lose. You can be mad for ppl who leave those matches. Is just logical that they don’t want to spend there time advocating bungie’s bad match making. So in the quots of a bungie PvP dev once saying’ “Destiny PvP is not supposed to be competitive or taken seriously” so just don’t. Just leave the match or get stomped because it’s clear that the PvP devs don’t care hahaha

You punish yourself anyway for playing. What's with the extra step here

5 RepliesThis would be abused by the community. Duos or trios doing a carry would just have a single player leave unwinnable matches to complete a flawless passage.
