Phoenix Cradle should increase duration of non-activated sunspots
Phoenix Cradle increases the duration of the Sol Invictus //BUFF// from 5 to 10 seconds.
However, a sunspot which the player doesn't step into still lasts only 5 seconds.
I think Phoenix Cradle should also increase the length of time during which a player-untouched sunspot stays active in the game world, also to 10 seconds.
It would be a decent buff to the exotic both in PvP and PvE, allowing more time to burn enemies.

It should also give restoration x 2 imo, while standing in a sunspot. Not the 'dipping in and out to refresh it' nonsense. Solar titan feels subpar to anything prismatic can do. I'd love the paladin cleric playstyle, but everything has power crept so much that healing builds dont feel good anymore
