Flow State and Lethal Current DESPERATELY need buffs
Ever since Tempest Strike and Ascension became able to trigger the effects of the abilities they consume, we stopped having any reason to run Flow State or Lethal Current. Back in the day, they were meant to be used to enhance the classic dodge/punch playstyle that's so iconic for Arcstrider, but nowadays Tempest Strike and Ascension just allow you to do the same thing but massively better in every way, so there's no reason to run anything else anymore. Now obviously Bungie could just completely rework these 2 obsolete aspects into something different altogether, but I wanted to at least try and suggest some options that would let them keep their role as the go-to choices for Arcstrider's iconic dodge/punch gameplay, and maybe reinvigourate the playstyle as well, since it's been struggling if you're not using Gifted Conviction, ever since those nerfs Arc got slapped with because of Prismatic.
Aside from the weapon buffs, which feel more geared towards PvP, Flow State's main purpose has always seemed to me to be about helping with survivability, by providing damage reduction. Unfortunately, it's kind of fallen behind the times, in that the reduction it gives isn't that high by today's standards, and it only lasts for the duration of the dodge animation. Most abilities and aspects nowadays, even on Arcstrider itself, have higher DR, and it persists for a while after the animation ends. Look at Tempest Strike, for example, with its 75% DR (compared to Flow State's 66%), which lasts for 4 seconds after using the aspect. Or Titan's Thunderclap, which provides 80%. Flow State should be modernized to provide 80% DR as well, and it should persist for a few seconds after dodging (maybe 3?). This would give people more of a reason to use it even when Tempest Strike exists, and it could have further synergy when combined with Lethal Current, kinda like when you combine Heat Rises with Icarus Dash.
Lethal Current, on the other hand, always seemed like it was about helping with the offensive part of the gameplay loop, so I think that should be enhanced even further. Lethal Current should allow Combination Blow to stack up to x4, and allow it to grant its healing on hit, instead of only on kills. This would help make up for the nerfs CB got hit with because of Prismatic, and also give it more staying power when trying to engage with beefier targets. To give people a reason to run it with Flow State, and to help with actually using it as a dps tool against stronger enemies, it could also allow CB to extend the duration of Flow State's DR on hits as well, letting you actually use it in harder content without getting instantly one-shot, which is where this playstyle always struggled.
