It’s too strong it keeps one taping everybody

should have a reducedtimer inside pvp for sure, but you don't one tap with it

Players have about 231 hp I believe. Adagio increases it to around 120 I believe. Even with the 35% debuff from tether, the like 11% buff from 3 surges, AND a 25% damage buff from either well, helm of s14, or the block from sentinel shield you'd still only get a 2 tap.
