Lost Sector Exotics
how am i suppose to get Lost sector exclusive exotics when it drops normal exotic engrams? i even got the engram to decrypt to rahool and got a normal exotic i already have just moments ago

You buy them from Rahool via Focused Decoding. Bungie removed the rank up requirement, so head to Rahool -> Focused Decoding -> page 2 'Novel Decryption'. It costs an Exotic Engram + Exotic Cipher to unlock them, then you can buy them for the normal materials (Glimmer, Ascendant Shard, and an Exotic Engram) via Page 1 'Precision Decryption'
