Zavala Tier 5 Armor with only 10 Energy
I'm not sure if it's intentional or not, but the tier 5 armor Zavala gives out only has 10 energy instead of the normal 11 energy that other tier 5 armor has.

Zavala will give you a piece of armour with 10 power. All you need to do is increase the masterwork rank by 1 then the power goes to 11. This happens because, Zavala is the scrooge and literally gives the armour, with no master working rank.
