Cross Save Error?: 182,490 Day Restriction Timer
I am attempting to deactivate Cross Save to unbind my old Steam account, but the system is preventing me with the following error message:
"Cross Save is not allowed for accounts that have been restricted. The restriction lifts in: 182490 days"

Edited by TuxyDoh: 12/27/2025 4:16:01 PMAs of March 25th, you cannot unlink any platform accounts (except Twitch) from a Bungie profile - the Steam is permanently linked. That said, are any of the linked accounts banned from D2? that error, despite saying restriction, means at least one linked platform account is banned from Destiny 2 and Bungie accounts with platform accounts linked that are banned from Destiny 2 are not eligible to alter their cross-save setup.
