It's not meant to happen but I haven't seen Bungie mention they're aware of it, but good chance that they are since its been posted about a few times.

Because the dumba$ game wastes your time in the directional puzzle. Every symbol that RNG's the wrong one even after you are going the right direction is a waste of time. You have 0 control over RNG symbols. We went into the puzzle with 8:30 minutes and got out with 1:20. Awful game design. Force you to move around then have a game mechanic you have to stand still and if you move it starts you over.
