The steam account I want to cross save to is set up properly, but when I go to enable cross save and select my characters from my xbox account. It just says "Loading Cross Save Data". It has been saying that for well over 15 minutes. I have tried accessing this from pc, mobile, companion app, even an incognito window but unfortunately to no avail. They all sit in perpetual loading screen.
