No bounties at failsafe for anomalous object quest
Can’t continue campaign because there is bounties at failsafe for my anomalous object ques

I'm having the same issue. The quest requires bounties AND public events AND a lost sector. But since there are no bounties the quest is stuck, unable to progress.

Public events and Lost Sectors are still available.
