It just doesnt work with MM content, there is a reason content that ORIGINALLY launched never had it to begin with, till you let players earn rewards at lower difficulties so we can actually ignore revives as a mechanic your entire arena ops is DOA and will continue to be DOA

No matchmade activities should have revive tokens (or timers for anything other than scoring)

1 ReplyI have been saying for a while, Bungie needs to look at anything, at all, that is divisive, and answer 2 questions. "Is this divisive thing something that contributes to player love?" "Is this divisive thing something that the game absolutely, inescapably needs to survive?" If the answer to either one of those is "No." Especially the first one, you need to look way closer at how important the divisive issue is. If the answer to both is no, that thing just needs to go as soon as it can be patched out of the game without causing spaghetti code nightmares. I fully doubt they could just "remove" this system without it messing with their sketti code, I feel like they could easily enough set the revive base value to 40 or something with no overall harm. I mean, it still leaves a limit, but seriously if you can't get it done with 40, or even 20, odds are you need to look closer at your build... I'd just as soon go with 40 until they can remove it completely because "It's freaking stupid and doesn't make the game better."

I did 1 arena ops and haven't touched it since. All my team died in like 30 seconds in containment and then everyone left
