cross save and steam
so my cross save account i have choose through steam were 2 of the same with the same email.com i contacted steam in regards and got that account deleted now i see the linked account on my cross save account but i do not see the accessibility to characters i have linked i am wondering what to do

7 RepliesHey there, if you link Steam using your Steam registered email address and Steam password, this actually links a different profile to the one you may log into on your Steam client, using a Steam login account name and Steam password. You mention you've got Steam to delete the ghost profile. But that's the one that is still linked, it doesn't just change to the other one. So no, you will still not see your PSN characters on your Steam client because of that, it's not the linked profile. Unfortunately due to Bungie's policy change in March 2025, platform accounts can no longer be unlinked from cross-save. As they are not making exceptions to this policy and they will not remove them manually on their end, the incorrect account will stay linked. You may consider playing the game through the XBox for Windows PC store instead perhaps as there's an XBox Live account linked.
