Hello Bungie Support,
I have definitely played Destiny 2 on my PlayStation account.
The PlayStation app shows 67% Destiny 2 progress and 25% progress in the related expansion, and I have earned multiple Destiny 2 trophies.
However, when I log into Bungie.net today using the same PSN account, only starter characters are shown, as if I never played Destiny 2.
I have never used a second PSN account, and Cross Save was not active at the time.
I suspect my original Destiny 2 characters may be linked to a different or orphaned Bungie profile.
Could you please check whether my characters still exist server-side and if re-linking them is possible?
Thank you very much.

Edited by EckyThump: 12/30/2025 9:11:37 PMHey there, if you mean the three characters right here on your profile, your Titan and your Hunter were made in 2017 and have gameplay up to 2019. Your Warlock has no gameplay so I can't see when it was made. It is not possible for characters to become orphaned from their parent account. Are the three characters here ( https://www.bungie.net/7/en/User/Profile/2/4611686018461582594?bgn=RexKobold ) not what you see in-game? Things have changed so much since 2019 that they could be mistaken for starter characters. Notably, the light subclasses all had overhauls, from the fixed 'trees' to a fully customisable system. They may be asked to redo things that looked familiar from back in the day, to unlock things in the new system. Additionally, character Power received a huge overhaul when the current expansion launched in July - ALL characters got reset to 10 power. Two years of gameplay would explain 67% on the base trophies and 25% on the ones that were tied to Forsaken.

Your currently linked account hasn’t played since 2019. Lots of things have changed since then…..most importantly, Bungie reset our characters to power 10 with the launch of Edge of Fate. That’s why you are seeing the lower power characters now from what they might’ve been before.
